Adult Service Provider (ASP)
The Direct (Adult) Service Provider works directly with individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings.
Available Schedules
Monday – Friday
7:30am to 3:30pm or 8am – 4pm
Paid Training
DSPs at PSU work in settings to promote growth in the areas of work and recreation/socialization.
DUTIES:
- Provides direct care and support to each individual served.
- Provides support services to assist each individual with meeting their identified outcomes and goals.
- Responsible for assisting with training and staff development in each area served.
- Model Best Practices and work with the Supervisors to promote staff growth.
- Coordinate with PC staff and Supervisors to provide work opportunities, social/recreational opportunities, coaching on and support with daily life skills and employment options.
- Responsible for completing daily documentation as required by the agency and state and federal rules.
- Communicate unusual incidents or changes in behavior to the PC and/or Supervisor.
- Ensure health and safety of those individuals in services.
- Transport individuals (one way) with company van.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver’s License

Part-Time Adult Service Provider (ASP)

LPN Part-time
PSU is currently seeking an Part-Time LPN .
Nursing Duties:
- Prepare and administer prescribed medications, tube feedings and treatments
- Document medications
- Communicate medical needs with individuals’ teams.
This position is:
- Part Time (20 Hours a week)
- Monday through Friday (No Weekends)
- 10:00am and 2:00pm
Applicants Must Have current LPN licensure in the state of Ohio
- · Have strong computer skills
- Valid Driver’s License
At least one year of nursing experience preferred.
