Overview:

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals with diverse needs and abilities.

Responsibilities:

– Provide direct care and support to individuals in daily activities and routines

– Assist with personal care tasks, including ADLs (Activities of Daily Living)

– Support individuals with developmental disabilities

– Assist in social work activities, community integration, and/or employment activites.

– Perform heavy lifting when necessary

– Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

-Transport individuals to or from our facility (Company vehicle provided)

Requirements:

– Willingness to work with individuals with developmental disabilities

– NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY; PAID TRAINING!!!!

-Valid Drivers License

-High School Dipolma or GED

-Clean Background check and Drug Screening

NMT Associate

Overview:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as an NMT Associate. As a NMT associate, you will play a crucial role in providing transportation for our clients and helping to maintain the care of the company vehicles.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives.

Duties:

– Conduct Pre-trip checks for company vehicles

– Refuel vehicles

– Safely transport patients to and from our facility

– Communicate effectively

– Maintain cleaniness of the vehicles

-Take vehicles in for maintenance checks, etc

Skills:

– Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary to assist patients

– Proficiency in driving commercial vehicles

– Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff

– Aptitude for maintaining vehicles in good working condition
